i'm actually talking about a personal statement i'm supposed to prepare to get into medical school.

i know i know... all my life i've been saying that i do NOT want to be a doctor. don't ask me why. i hated it when people tell me i should become a doctor.

okay, i'm (clearly) not crazy about being a doctor, but there's just something about the thought of it that gets me (sickeningly) excited. it's weird, even to ME!

but hey, Dr. Shanti doesn't sound too bad, does it? hahaha.

so yeah, i applied for it, with absolutely un-high hopes, and surprisingly i got shortlisted.

okay, i got the letter from NUS today (april 21st), and here's the 'good' news: i need to prepare this portfolio which includes recommendation letters and the PS and blablabla and make sure they get it before april 24th. APRIL 24TH! that's like in freakin THREE days!!!

stupid or what? they expect me to prepare an excellent/great/unique/special/different/must-stand-out/exceptionally-good PS in like 20 minutes? haiyoooooooooooooooooooooooooo...
